Garden State Dental Management (“GSDM”) announced today that it has closed the acquisition of American Dental Concepts (“ADC”). The add-on acquisition was funded in part by funds from DFW Capital Partners III L.P.
The transaction adds twelve new offices to the GSDM platform nearly doubling the size of the Company. The ADC offices are located in metropolitan Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. ADC will continue to operate under its own name.
GSDM is a regional dental practice management company, now with 23 offices in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The combined companies will be able to achieve economies of scale and gain better leverage than most independent practices, as a result the company will continue to be in a position to regularly invest in state of the art technology, infrastructure, and growth.
GSDM plans to continue its multi-faceted growth strategy including expanding its current service offerings, opening new practices, and select opportunistic acquisitions of small overlooked dental practices in Mid-Atlantic region.
DFW has almost a decade of experience owning and evaluating dental practice management companies.
Joining DFW in the GSDM deal was MCG Capital Corporation.
