DFW Capital Partners announced today that DeVer F. Warner has been promoted to the position of Principal. Based in the firm’s Teaneck, NJ office, DeVer joined DFW in 2011 as an Associate. DeVer has been actively involved in sourcing and executing several deals for the firm, including Covenant Surgical Partners, Information Innovators, Sebela Pharmaceuticals and Evolution Research Group, with an expanding responsibility for post-deal acquisition integration, operations and investment oversight.
Prior to joining DFW, DeVer held an international strategy and development role with ADC Communications, and was an analyst with Cape Venture Partners, a South African-based venture capital firm. DeVer received a B.A. in Economics from Union College and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
