DFW Capital Partners (“DFW”) announced today that it has completed an investment in WorldCare Clinical, LLC (“WorldCare”), a global imaging CRO. Aaron Timm, CEO of WorldCare Clinical since 2014, will continue to lead the company. This investment will accelerate WorldCare’s growth and delivery as it continues to expand upon its leading capabilities.
Jeff Kinell and Lori Wright, former senior executives in the clinical research industry and operating partners of DFW, will join the board of directors of WorldCare Clinical. Mr. Kinell was previously CEO of Bracket Global, a technology solutions provider for the clinical trial industry and CRI Lifetree, a clinical trials specialty site operator. Ms. Wright was previously CEO of Evolution Research Group, a leading independent clinical research site business and former portfolio company of DFW.
