DFW teamed with the management of ReSource Pro to spin the business out of its parent organization, creating a truly independent provider of specialized back-office business process management and technology solutions to insurance agencies, MGA/MGUs, program managers, wholesalers, and specialty insurance carriers. DFW worked diligently and patiently to understand and underwrite ReSource Pro’s complex global operations, including its substantial service delivery footprint in China and India, and helped establish and support investments in management infrastructure and M&A exploration aimed at doubling the business in the next five years.
Chief among DFW’s early contributions have been an expansion of an experienced financial staff, implementation of a new ERP system, and development of a global equity incentive plan for the company’s top talent to drive alignment throughout the organization.
